These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the purchase and use of all digital products and services sold by SorinSoftware Services through this SellAuth storefront (“Store”).

By purchasing from this Store, you enter into a legally binding agreement with SorinSoftware Services as the seller and provider of the digital product.

3. Product Delivery

All digital products are delivered automatically after successful payment confirmation.

Delivery is considered complete once:

• A license key, access credential, or download link is displayed in the Store, or
• The product information has been sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Failure to save, download, or activate the product after delivery does not constitute non-delivery.

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or share access credentials
• Publicly disclose license keys
