📕 Refund Policy

1. Nature of Digital Products

All products sold through this Store — including SorinScriptHub access and SorinScripts license keys — are digital goods delivered electronically. No physical items are shipped. Access is provided immediately after successful payment.

2. No Refund After Delivery

Once a digital product has been delivered (e.g., a license key, download link, or access credential is displayed or sent), the order is considered fulfilled. After delivery, refunds are generally not provided.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Change of mind
• Inability to use the product
• Device, executor, or software incompatibility
• Third-party platform restrictions, patches, or detections
• Roblox account bans or moderation actions
• User configuration errors
• Misunderstanding of product features

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that digital delivery begins immediately after payment confirmation.

3. License Duration

Time-based licenses begin counting from the moment of delivery. Downtime caused by external factors (game updates, patches, maintenance) does not extend license duration unless explicitly stated.

4. Limited Exceptions

A refund may be issued only if:

• The product was not delivered due to a verified technical error on our side, and
• We are unable to provide a functional replacement within a reasonable time.

Refund decisions are made at our sole discretion after review.

5. EU Digital Content Notice

Where applicable under EU consumer law, by purchasing digital content with immediate delivery you agree that:

• Delivery begins immediately after payment confirmation, and
• You waive any statutory right of withdrawal once digital delivery has started.

If your jurisdiction provides mandatory consumer protections that cannot legally be excluded, those rights remain unaffected.

6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Filing an unjustified chargeback or payment dispute may result in:

• Immediate termination of access to all purchased products
• Store access restrictions
• Submission of delivery confirmation and access logs to the payment provider

We reserve the right to contest fraudulent or abusive disputes.

7. Contact Before Disputes

If you experience an issue with your purchase, please contact us before opening a dispute. Most issues can be resolved quickly through support.
